Working for Downer, Draeinail completed all stormwater drainage works for a highway upgrade and the construction of a large roundabout, with some of the team working away from home for over a year.

The scope included installing stormwater pipelines, several large manholes and a major culvert. Culvert installation required temporarily damming the creek and pumping water around the work area to allow construction to proceed.

Working alongside earthworks crews, service installers and other contractors in a confined work area required careful planning and ongoing coordination to manage access and keep works progressing safely.
