We understand that in today’s busy construction environment, health and safety is at the forefront of everybody’s mind.
Draeinail have worked with an external H&S expert to develop a custom H&S management system that is tailored to the drainage contracting business it operates. The system has been developed to be practical and user friendly and also ensures participation by all employees.
Draeinail is committed to ongoing H&S training and actively participate in external industry health and safety training and initiatives. We also hold in-house practical training sessions on subjects such as concrete pipe cutting, excavator operation, and lifting and slinging loads. These are all run in line with our documented safe operating procedures (SOP’s). Key training that staff undertake include Confined Space Entry, First Aid Traffic Control and driver training such as Wheels, Tracks and Roller endoresments. Our team is Site Safe trained and all of our employees are competency assessed following the Construction Safety Council Tier 1 H&S framework. This demonstrates our commitment to H&S and ongoing development of the companies H&S systems in line with industry best practice.
